MANKATO-October 9, 2012-(KMKO)-An 18-year-old woman is accused of using her roommate's check card to spend over $417 for a custom belly ring and other items on Amazon.com.  Samantha Jo Williams of Willmar faces a felony and misdemeanor charge of financial card fraud.  According to the criminal complaint, Williams allegedly admitted to making all 12 charges.  The custom belly ring came from an online store called "Body Candy".
