ST. JAMES-October 4, 2012-(KMKO)-The severe drought conditions continue in southern Minnesota.  With the very high fire rating in effect, the Watonwan County Sheriff's Office has issued a burning ban until we get a significant amount of rain.  Camp fires are still allowed, but should not be left unattended.
