MANKATO November 2, 2012 (KMKO) – A 25-year-old man accused of punching and cutting the mother of his child remains in jail on $20,000 conditional bail. William Tomlinson of Mankato appeared in court yesterday and his attorney requested an omnibus hearing in 28 days. According to the criminal complaint, police were called to Sibley Park, where he dropped off his 2 year-old son with his mother in October with no shoes and no jacket. They started arguing and that allegedly when the assault happened.
