Mankato (KMKO)-A Mankato man, who celebrates his 34th birthday today, now faces felony drug charges.  Blue Earth County Court issued a summons for Michael Lee Larson yesterday.  He's charged with fifth degree sale of marijuana for an incident that occurred in August of last year.
