MANKATO-September 11, 2012-(KMKO)-Traveling on Minnesota roads can be dangerous this time of year, as farmers are busy with large farm equipment transporting crops to markets, grain elevators and processing plants.  The Minnesota Department of Transportation reminds us to be careful following two recent crashes, including one fatal collision, involving farm equipment. 
Farm vehicles can create large blind spots, making it difficult for drivers to see approaching vehicles while passing.
