AUSTIN (TEC News) – Further investigation with the Austin homicide and fatal crash showed that the driver and the victim were related. 46-year-old Craig Seberson of Iowa died in a car rollover after a high-speed chase. Prior to this, Seberson was at his father’s home. 86-year-old Dennis Submersion died as a result of blunt-force trauma from Seberson. More information will be released as it becomes available.
