MANKATO-November 15,2012-(KMKO)-Stakes are becoming high as Todd Hoffner’s case seems to be winding down. Both attorneys today submitted briefs about the motion to dismiss the case. Hoffner was facing charges of possessing and making child pornography of his two children after videos were found on his work cell phone when he took it in to get fixed. There was no change in arguments as Hoffner’s attorneys pushed that there wasn’t enough evidence. Mike Hanson, prosecuting attorney requested that District Court Judge Krista Jass review the videos because there is suspicion of lewd behavior. Both sides came to a conclusion and Jass hopes to make a decision soon.
