Mankato (KMKO)-Another road project gets underway today in the Mankato area.  Traffic on Highway 60 will be restricted to one lane from Madelia to the south junction with Highway 15 as crews resurface the road.  You should also plan for a two-week detour through Madelia for work at the north Highway 15/60 junction later in the project.  The $6 million project includes paving on the northbound and southbound lanes and work on the bridge approaches. The work is expected to be competed by September.
