Wolf Hunt Permits Available

ST. PAUL-August 23, 2012-(KMKO)-We may not live in northern Minnesota, but Mankato area hunters and trappers still have a chance to take part in Minnesota's first wolf hunting season.  So far, more than 4,700 hunters and trappers have applied for one of the 6,000 permits that are going to be available this year.  People can apply for one of three licenses: early hunting, late hunting and late trapping with a cost of four dollars.  The deadline is Thursday, September 6th.
