GAYLORD – A Sibley County judge has agreed to fast track the criminal sexual conduct case of a former minister from rural Gibbon.

David Radkte is accused of sexually touching the female foreign exchange student who lived with his family.

Prosecutors are asking for a speedy trial, saying the girl will return home soon.

A late August trial date has been set.
