ST. PETER – A grand jury may be called to consider first-degree murder charges against a North Mankato man accused in the death of his infant son last September.
The Second-Degree Murder case against 28-year-old Christopher Farris has been delayed by delays in processing evidence and a change of public defenders.
His son, 3-month-old Dawson, died from head trauma.
