MANKATO – Two Mankato men received approval last night from the city council to operate a mobile food cart.
Double’s Diner will sell hot dogs and assorted fare in downtown Mankato and other sites like Hiniker Pond this summer.
But their late night run in the downtown bar district troubled Buffalo Wild Wing owner Joe Frederick, who says he does 50 percent of his food business after 9 p.m.
