MANKATO – CHS Oilseed Processing has donated $15,000 to the ECHO Food Shelf in Mankato.
The money will go towards a $600,000 fundraising effort to pay for ECHO’S new location on Front Street.
They are now just $65,000 shy of reaching their goal.
CHS operates plants in Mankato and Fairmont.
