MANKATO (TEC News) – Accused “Family Mob” gang member Richard Gordon was in court Tuesday in Mankato where he’s facing drug and racketeering charges.
The prosecution entered 33 DVDs of surveillance video and audio interview into evidence.
At the same time the defense argued they had not received required evidentiary material from the prosecution.
So the judge allowed the defense to review the prosecution file page by page.
That delayed the hearing, requiring it to be continued until next week.
Prior hearings with other defendants have included feuding attornies, a defense attorney temper tantum resulting in his removal, and a judge calling attornies "idiots."
