MANKATO – A domestic assault victim says her on-again, off-again boyfriend was intoxicated when he assaulted her after attending Fourth of July fireworks in Mankato.
The victim says she and 25-year-old Daniel Dickson returned to her apartment with their two children when he became disruptive she asked him to leave.
He did, but returned and broke down the door.
He returned a second time and when he found out she had called police, Dickson allegedly pushed her to the floor and kicked and stomped her head in front of the children.
