MANKATO – Motor vehicle theft charges have been filed against a 30-year-old Mankato woman for taking her mother’s car while they were out of town.
After reporting the car stolen on July 4th, Nicollet County contacted Mankato Police to say 30-year-old Dawn Kramer had been arrested the night before in North Mankato in the stolen car for drug possession.
Kramer was a passenger in the car being drived by a friend of hers.
