MANKATO – The woman charged with murdering her husband last August in their rural Lake Crystal home will be in court this morning. 34-year-old Jennifer Nibbe is accused of shooting her 26-year-old husband in their bed and then calling 9-1-1 to claim their was an intruder.
During their last hearing, defense attorney Rich Hillesheim indicated he intended to contest several pieces of evidence, but as of Monday morning prosecutor Pat McDermott said he had not been made away of any issues.
