MANKATO (TEC News) – Blue Earth County Commissioners this morning unanimously approved a county-wide social host ordinance.
The ordinance would hold property owners criminally liable for knowingly hosting underage alcohol parties, regardless if they purchased the alcohol.
The ordinance will take effect in 30 days.
