MANKATO (TEC News) – A friend of a man who died when he was struck by a driver fleeing a downtown Mankato parking lot last September is now part of a civil lawsuit.
Eric Gunderson is now named in a lawsuit filed by the family of Thanh Vu.
The lawsuit says Gunderson was part of a “mob of intoxicated young men” who caused Aaron Whiteaker to swerve his car and hit Vu.
The civil lawsuit is now set for a jury trial in January 2012.
