MANKATO (TEC News) – Felony DWI charges have been filed against a Mankato man who was arrested last week for his third DWI in ten months.
Police watched 36-year-old William Gatluak drive over a curb twice and finally up on a sidewalk at Warren and Maywood where five people were walking.
Police say he had a blood-alcohol content of point-23.
