NORTH MANKATO (TEC News) – Three North Mankato residents face felony drug charges after 90.8 grams of methamphetamine was found in their Belgrade Avenue apartment.
Police executed a no-knock search warrant early Tuesday morning.
They found 22-year-old Juliet Corzo lying on the floor of the apartment under a blanket next to an chile with the meth. She later told police she had $6,500 cash hidden in a rental moving van parked outside.
20-year-old Selerino Del Angel was found in a back bedroom with a digital scale and a marijuana blunt.
24-year-old Cristobal Del Angel allegedly delivered the meth to Corzo earlier in the day during his lunch hour.
The Nicollet County charges say he was arrested with over $1,800 in cash.
Cristobal Del Angel had been arrested in Eagle Lake Monday night on charges of Domestic Assault and Terroristic Threats for allegedly punching a juvenile female after accusing her of stealing drugs.
The girls told officers Del Angel was paranoid and had been high with no sleep for several days. She said he threatened to send someone to kill her and set her trailer on fire if he went to jail.
