ST. PETER (TEC News) – Long-time Nicollet County Attorney Michael Riley has announced his retirement. Riley will step down on September 2nd.
He has been county attorney since 1993.
County commissioners have appointed Michelle Zehnder Fischer to fill out Riley term which ends in December 2014.
Zehnder Fischer has been an Assistant County Attorney for 15 years.
