MANKATO (TEC News) -- Prosecutors in the Jennifer Nibbe murder case argue a judge should deny a defense request to throw out a confession she made to investigators a day after she was arrested for the murder of her husband. In a response to the defense motion, the prosecution writes it was Nibbe who contacted investigators and she was read Miranda a second time before waiving her rights.
