ST. PETER (TEC News) – The vacant Oasis Market convenience store site in St. Peter apparently will soon become a small strip mall.
A sign with a rendering of what the proposed building will look like and the declaration "COMING SOON Strip Mall" was put up earlier this week in front of the former Budget Mart at the intersection of Highway 169 and Jefferson Avenue.
The sign lists Brunton Architects of North Mankato.
The location is across from Kwik Trip, Subway and Arby's.
