TRUMAN (TEC News) -- At least one person is dead following a two-vehicle crash late Thursday afternoon on Highway 15 in Truman.

A State Patrol accident report lists three people as having been involved in the accident.

According to investigators, a 1995 Chevy Blazer and a 2002 Chevy Venture were both northbound on Highway 15. Somehow, the Venture struck the drivers side of the Blazer and pushed it into a tree on the east side of Highway 15.

The crash closed Highway 15 in Truman.

Names of those involved in the crash are expected to be released later this morning around 10 a.m.

The Martin County Sheriff's Deparmtent and Truman Police assisted the State Patrol at the scene.
