MANKATO (TEC News) -- Roads this morning are in fair condition according to MnDOT. They are slippery with scattered icy spots across most of southern Minnesota. Mankato officially received one inch of snow on Monday. 2.2 inches fell in Blue Earth, with 2 inches in Madelia and 1 inch in Winthrop.
