Mankato (KMKO)-Official at Mankato East Junior and Senior High yesterday responded to an incident involving a message written on a bathroom wall.  After a student told staff that a threatening message was seen, staff investigated.  Following the district's protocols, administrators notified the district to determine proper procedures to follow.  Officials did not determine the message constituted a threat to students and classes continued uninterrupted.  The district is now working with law enforcement to determine who is responsible for the threat.
