Mankato (KMKO)-The huge Madison Avenue construction project is entering a new phase and citizens have another opportunity to meet with contractors and city officials.  A construction meeting will be held tomorrow at the Caledonia Community Center, located at 600 Hope Street in Mankato.  During the meeting, the contractor will be coordinating the work with subcontractors and city personnel.  An open forum will also take place, so business owners, managers and residents can ask questions and offer their opinions.  The meeting is set to start at 9:00 tomorrow morning.
