Mankato (KMKO)-A resurfacing project gets underway today in Mankato.  The work will be done on Highway 169/60 from the Minnesota River North Star Bridge to Blue Earth County Road 115.  Lane restrictions will be in effect with reduced speeds, so you should expect delays throughout the project.  There will be extra law enforcement patrolling the area to ensure safety. Fines are doubled in work zones.
