Mankato (KMKO)-Blue Earth County has issued arrest warrants for the capture of two people accused of conspiring to sell crack cocaine in Mankato. According to the complaint, 28-year-old James Mallett, Jr. and 23-year-old Ciera Manning, both of St. Paul, sold cocaine to undercover officers on more than one occasion. Investigators say the pair conspired with Donny Lawson of St. Paul to sell the drug in Mankato. Lawson was arrested Monday in Mankato and released on bail Wednesday night. Mallett and Manning have been charged with first and second-degree sale of the drug. Officials say they are aware of the investigation and Lawson’s arrest, and are likely to flee the area.
