Mankato (KMKO)-The Greater Mankato job market continues to grow. Numbers released yesterday by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development shows the Mankato area had its 21st consecutive month of year over year job gains. Compared to one year ago, the Mankato-North Mankato Metropolitan Statistical Area has 418 more private sector jobs and 81 fewer public sector jobs, resulting in a total job gain of 337 jobs.
Rochester and Duluth were the only large cities in Minnesota to experience year over year job losses.
