Mankato (KMKO)-Law enforcement, courts and advocacy groups throughout the Mankato area teamed up for a second year of the Blue Print for Safety inter-agency. Yesterday's meeting was another opportunity for leaders to share ideas about how to prevent and adequately respond to domestic violence. The group started over a year ago hoping to model the original Praxis International Blue Print program based out of St. Paul, which devised a comprehensive safety plan after years of research on violence and assault crimes.
