Mankato (KMKO)-A Mankato man has been charged in Blue Earth County Court with felony drug possession.  36-year-old Jason Scott Feller appeared before Judge George Harrelson yesterday.  He's charged with one count of fifth degree possession of marijuana.  Bail was set at $10,000.
