Mankato (KMKO)-Four people were charged yesterday in Blue Earth County Court with financial transaction card fraud.  Cody Ness of North Mankato, Mandy Theis of Cambridge, Michelle Reichel of St. Peter and Michael Smith, no address given, were all given court summons. The felonies occurred in October and November of last year.
