Mankato (KMKO)-MnDOT is urging travelers to use caution in work zone over the 4th of July.  They are urging special caution in the Duluth area due to flooding.  Locally, caution is advised on Highway 14 in North Mankato and on Highway 60 from Worthington to Bigelow.  Statewide. motorists should call 5-1-1 or check on the MnDOT website for the latest information.
