Mankato (KMKO)-Drug charges are pending against a 48-year-old man in Blue Earth County Court.  Charles Anthony Holcomb was taken into custody yesterday.  No address was given for Holcomb, who's being held on a charge of second degree sale of a controlled substance.  He remains in the Blue Earth County Jail pending his first court appearance.
