Mankato (KMKO)-A 37-year-old Mankato woman faces charges in two counties.  Michelle Reichel was charged yesterday in Blue Earth County Court on one misdemeanor count of disabling a smoke detector in Mankato.  Reichel remains in custody as she awaits a felony charge in Scott County for fifth degree possession of a controlled substance.
