Mankato (KMKO)-A Worthington man faces burglary charges in Blue Earth County Court.  A summons has been issued for 21-year-old Kim David Reat.  He faces two felony counts of second degree burglary of a dwelling.  The charges stem from a break-in that occurred on May of 2011.
