Mankato (KMKO)-A Mankato man with a history of domestic assault convictions now faces charges in Blue Earth County.  A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 27-year-old Ray Hester for allegedly slapping a woman and threatening to kill her on June 11th.  Hester has two prior domestic assault convictions in Blue Earth County and harassment in Nicollet County.  He was charged in Blue Earth County Court yesterday with two felony counts of domestic assault.
