Mankato (KMKO)-Felony drug charges were lodged against an Eagle Lake woman yesterday.  After a traffic stop in Eagle Lake last August, a K9 officer detected the presence of a controlled substance in the vehicle.  Police found pills in Samantha Dally's purse, which turned out to be Lorazepam.  The 27-year-old Dally was charged yesterday in Blue Earth County Court with one felony count of fifth degree possession, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
