MANKATO (KMKO) – A search warrant asks for a DNA swab from a 23 year-old Mankato man accused of the brutal assault of another man earlier this month.
 
The DNA swab was taken from Dustin Lee Murilla (left). He’s in custody on $150,000 bail and faces a court appearance Thursday morning in Mankato.
 
According to the search warrant, Murilla allegedly tied up the victim and hit him twice on the head with a mag light and twice with a jack.
