Nyarout G Bang smelled of alcohol and refused to cooperate with officers when they tried to question her.
 
As officer approached, they say they could hear yelling and the victims crying and yelling at their mother. The children were all males and ages 15, 12 and 10,
 
The 10 year-old claims their mom was hitting him and is accused of bitting him on the leg and butt. The 12 year-old says his mom tried to choke him and a pregnant neighbor says Bang tool her cell phone when she tried to call 9-1-1.
