ST. PETER - July 25, 2012 - (KMKO) --A Chevy Blazer with a burned out brake light was pulled over north of New Ulm after he was also spotted swerving. 20-year-old Xavier Lee Heeder faces a felony charge of 5^th Degree Drug Possession and lesser charges of possession of synthetic cannabis and a drug pipe. The officer says Heeder was found in the vehicle limp, with his speech slurred and confused. The officer allegedly saw Heeder throw the glass pipe and a .4 gram of meth.
