ST. PETER (KMKO) – A Nevada, Iowa man has been charged with being intoxicated while accused of hitting a retaining wall near the St. Peter Taco John’s.
 
34-year-old Jacob Henry Kruic allegedly had a PBT of point-278 after he refused to take both a urine and a blood test.
 
An officer spotted Kruic on Tuesday walking outside the vehicle after the crash. A drive-thru worker heard the noise and when Kruic went through the drive-thru, allegedly smelled of alcohol.
 
He has four, previous DWI convictions in Minnesota and Iowa dating back to October 2007.Man
