ST. PETER - July 27, 2012 - (KMKO) --A Nevada, Iowa man has been charged with being intoxicated while accused of hitting a retaining wall near the St. Petery Taco John's. 34-year-old Jacob Henry Kruzic allegedly had a PBT of point-278 after he refused to take both a urine and blood test. An officer spotted Kruzic on Tuesday walking outside the vehicle after the crash. A drive-thru worker herad the noise and when Kruzic went through the drive-thru, he allegedly smelled of alcohol. He has had previous DWI convictions in Minnesota and Iowa dating back to October 2007.
