NICOLLET COUNTY - July 27, 2012 - (KMKO) -- A 41-year-old Winnebago man is facing five felony First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct charges for allegedly having sex with a family member since she was 13. Larry Joe Decker JR. denied any abuse and told police he wouldn't take a polygraph test after failing one several years ago on "The Montel Williams Show." According to the criminal complain, Decker and his wife both admit to using pot and meth. They also deny the claim from the girl, who said she participated in the drug use with them. The 16-year-old was allegedly with Decker at several locations during this period of time including his semi truck. He's currently unemployed and a criminal complain said he had a brain tumor as a result of a 2005 trucking accident.
