Search Warrant Served In Eagle Lake



MANKATO (KMKO) – Charges have yet to be filed against two Madison Lake men who were allegedly caught with drugs and other paraphernalia in their apartment last week
.
According to a search warrant filed yesterday in Blue Earth County Court, Eagle Lake Police told the Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force (MNRVDTF) that they have received tips for about three month about traffic at the County Manor Apartment.

After going though the apartments trash, agent served a search warrant they seized a glass and a metal smoking pipe, residency forms for one of the men, and two small baggies with a unknown white substance and several white tablets.

During the search of the apartment’s trash they say they found documents mailed by police for alleged ordinance violations and four, broken drug pipes that tested positive for meth residue.
