MINNEAPOLIS (August 3, 2012) -- The number of U.S. bankruptcies are 14 percent less than the last 12 month period.
 
That’s according to the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.
 
There were 1,311,602 filings in the 12-months ending on June 30, 2012.
