MANKATO-August 16, 2012-(KMKO)-Mankato's 10-year capital improvement plan is being revised.  The plan identifies capital projects and equipment purchases for parks, streets, the airport, water and wastewater, to name a few, and is a way to budget limited dollars.  City officials want to get your opinion about projects and purchases that should be included in the capital improvement plan.
