STEELE COUNTY-August 20, 2012-(KMKO)-A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held tomorrow to celebrate the nearly completed four-lane expansion of Highway 14 between Waseca and Owatonna.  The ceremony features several dignitaries, including Governor Mark Dayton and First District Congressman Tim Walz.  The festivities will begin at 8:30 tomorrow morning at the Highway 14 and Steele County Road 7 overpass.
